21st Century Shaman: Are you a Castle or a Mountain?
Michele Knight asks you whether you are a castle or a mountain. Castles are people who wall people off and mountains are those that are open to all (but very few reach the top). If you are a castle, you might consider taking down your fortifications, allowing other people close and relying on a different kind of strength. Or perhaps you have a different metaphor to describe you. If you do, write it down and underneath write what that particular metaphor means in terms of what you can and can’t do. Is it time to change the metaphor you have been living for a more empowering one?
