Don’t take anything personally

One of my absolute favourite spiritual classics is the book The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. This 1997 book contains four simple principles based on Toltec Wisdom that can have a profound effect if you are willing to live by them. This clip outlines one agreement – the suggestion that we are all living in our own dream that gets projected on to the world around us. That points any finger of misunderstanding in two directions – first, we have to realise that we might be pushing our dream onto someone else. It also means that we needn’t get embroiled in what someone else pushes at us. Watch this to learn more about not taking things personally.
